What we collect

From the contact form, we collect your name, email, Instagram username (optional), subject and message. If you subscribe on our home page, we collect your email address. Order details, such as your delivery address, are collected additionally when an order is confirmed.

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log your IP address and device information when you visit.

We do not set our own cookies and do not use advertising trackers or analytics on this website. We do not track you across websites, so we do not respond to Do Not Track signals. Links to other sites, such as Instagram, are governed by their own policies.

How we use it

We use it to answer your messages, send you updates and notices about events if you subscribed, process and ship orders, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the business: FormSubmit (delivers contact-form and subscription messages to our email), Cloudflare (website hosting) and shipping carriers. We may also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. We are based in the United States, so information you send us is processed there.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the conversation. We keep your email address for updates until you unsubscribe. We keep order, shipping and payment records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except where we must keep it by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in them or by emailing us. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor them as required by law.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
